If you contact us via email, we receive the information you choose to provide. This is used only to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential engagements.

2. SCOPE Engagements

SCOPE clients provide position data, baseline metrics, and triggers during intake. This information is used solely to produce the commissioned analysis. Client data is never shared, published, or used in the public case library without explicit written consent.

We do not sell personal information. Data may be disclosed only to comply with legal obligations, to protect against fraud, or through Cloudflare as our infrastructure provider.

4. Case Studies

Published case studies in the public library analyze publicly available information about public companies and events. No private client data is included in public cases. Anonymized case studies may be created with explicit client approval.
