1. Services

StratIQX provides 6D cascade intelligence services including on-demand analyses, sector monitoring, SCOPE private intelligence, and custom-scoped deliverables. Each engagement is governed by its specific terms as agreed in writing.

2. Intellectual Property

The 6D Foraging Methodology™, CAL (Cascade Analysis Language), FETCH/DRIFT scoring systems, and related analytical frameworks are the intellectual property of StratIQX. Clients receive deliverables for their use; the underlying methodology remains proprietary.

Published case studies analyzing public companies and events are available under the site's published terms. SCOPE deliverables are owned by the commissioning client.

3. Confidentiality

SCOPE engagement data — positions, baselines, triggers, and analysis outputs — is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client identities or engagement details without explicit written consent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All analyses are provided “as is” based on publicly available information and client-provided data. StratIQX does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis. See our Disclaimer for full details.

5. Limitation of Liability

StratIQX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our analyses or services. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
